Correction standard
ChronoMosaic corrects factual errors when credible source material shows that a catalog field, explanation, comparison, or editorial statement is wrong or materially incomplete.
Minor copy edits may be made silently. Material corrections should preserve the updated page's usefulness while making the changed fact clear to readers.
How to request a correction
Send correction requests to info@chronomosaic.com with the page URL, the specific claim or field in question, the proposed correction, and the source that supports it.
Useful sources include official brand pages, press releases, manuals, service documentation, recognized auction listings, museum records, archival catalogs, or other primary and reputable references.
Review process
Correction requests are checked against the source hierarchy in the sourcing methodology. When sources conflict, ChronoMosaic prefers primary sources and records uncertainty rather than forcing a false precision.
If a correction affects a comparison, structured data, or search facet, the underlying catalog record should be updated before the public page is treated as resolved.
